- حصوات المرارة: مرض شائع خاصة فى السيدات ولكنه غير نادر فى الرجال.
الأعراض والتشخيص:-
- قد تكون الحصوات صامتة أى بدون أعراض.
- بينما يشكو المريض فى العادة من ألم فى الجزء الأيمن العلوى من البطن أو من مغص مرارى.
- فى بعض الأحيان قد يكون الظهور الأول للمرض فى صورة مضاعفات مثل التهاب البنكرياس أو الصفراء الانسدادية.
- يحتاج المريض لفحص البطن بالموجات فوق الصوتية وفحص معملى لوظائف الكبد.
العلاج:-
- قرار العلاج يحدده الجراح المختص.
- اذا قرر الجراح استئصال المرارة، فهذه العملية تتم فى العادة بالمنظار الجراحى عن طريق فتحات صغيرة تكاد لا تترك أثراً.
من الفوائد الأخرى لجراحة المناظير: قصر مدة المكوث فى المستشفى حيث يخرج المريض فى نفس اليوم أو فى اليوم التالى حيث أن التعافى من العملية أسرع كثيراً من الجراحة التقليدية.
